Digital Products

MakakuClass provides digital learning content, including online video classes and learning materials. Because our products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • You experience technical issues that prevent access to the purchased course and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

  • There is a duplicate payment for the same course.

  • A payment was made in error and the course has not been accessed.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The course has been accessed and used normally.

  • The refund request is based on personal preference or change of mind.

  • The issue is caused by incompatible devices, internet connection, or user error.
